I had to write and tell you that having seen the advertisement for Nasal Air Guard and not being a hayfever sufferer but noting that they may prevent snoring - I tried them. They worked fabulously well and have saved my marriage !!!. As I only wear them in bed I find one box lasts one month. I would recommend them to any fellow snorers!
